How we think about AI and your career

You are always in control

Every application requires your explicit approval before anything is sent. We generate materials. You decide what goes out. No auto-submissions, ever. This is non-negotiable.

Truthful enhancement, not fabrication

AI rewrites your experience to be compelling and ATS-friendly, but never invents skills, qualifications, or history. We reformulate what you have. We never add what you don't.

Honest role evaluation

Our scoring system tells you when a role is a great fit and when it isn't. We'd rather you apply to 5 well-matched roles than 50 poor ones. Quality over volume is a core design principle.

Your data stays yours

Your CV, profile, and application history are never shared with employers, recruiters, or data brokers. We don't sell data. We don't monetise your profile. You are the customer, not the product.

Why this matters

Your data is not our product

Submit applications on your behalf without your explicit review and approval

Generate fake references or recommendation letters

Misrepresent your visa status, location, or availability

Share your CV, profile, or application data with employers or recruiters without consent

Use your data to train models or sell to third parties

Transparency

Our AI scoring criteria are visible. You can see why a role scored high or low. No black boxes.

Privacy

Your data is encrypted, never sold, and deleted within 90 days of account closure. We comply with POPIA and GDPR.

Refusal

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that attempt to use our tools to fabricate credentials or misrepresent qualifications.
